J&B Commercial, LLC was formed in 2006 by Gregory M. Blandford & W. Perry Jones, both 20 year veterans in Dallas / Ft. Worth real estate. Their unique understanding of real estate, monitoring markets, adapting to conditions and economies, and providing critical data, enables their clients to make informed real estate decisions.

Both founders have represented individuals and companies in the leasing, purchase, and development of real estate in various real estate sectors including restaurant, retail, office, industrial, and land.
