Gregory M. Blandford

Co-founder

Greg Blandford serves as a Co-Owner and Co-Founder of J&B Commercial, LLC. His diverse knowledge and background has enabled him to represent a wide variety of companies with their real estate needs since 1985. Greg has represented companies and individuals with leasing, purchase, disposition, and development of real estate in the four major sectors of real estate; office, industrial, retail, and land.

Over the last 24 years, he has completed hundreds of transactions totaling hundreds of millions in transaction value. His unique transaction methodology differentiates him from other real estate professionals by offering a personalized pallet of knowledge and experience with unparallel integrity.

Prior to forming J&B Commercial, Greg served as Executive Vice President of Castlebrook Commercial Management, Inc. a real estate firm in Dallas, Texas founded in 1985. Greg represented companies in the leasing and purchase of real estate. Notable projects included many office and land sales including a 60,000 square foot office building sale, and 10,000 SF private school sale, and a 15,000 SF office building sale for a local advertising firm in Dallas.

Prior to joining J&B Commercial, he was Vice President of McCaslin Commercial, a national tenant representation firm in Dallas, Texas. Greg assisted local companies in the leasing of real estate. Notable achievements during his tenure at McCaslin include an 80,000 square foot industrial sale for a soft-goods manufacturer, a 25,000 square foot corporate headquarters lease for a special needs school, and a 60,000 square foot shopping center sale in Haltom City, TX.

Prior to McCaslin, Greg served as a Vice President for Bradford Companies in Dallas, where he represented companies with the leasing and purchase of real estate. A transaction highlight at Bradford was a $55,000,000, 4 building office portfolio sale. Greg represented the seller, Parkway Properties, and the sale was named as the 2nd largest property sale completed in Dallas in 1999. Greg and his wife, Beth, have 2 children and live in Allen, Texas. He is involved with his children’s sporting activities by coaching in Allen ASA Baseball and Football Programs in addition to serving as a Cub Master of his son’s Cub Scout Pack 780. Greg enjoys golf, sporting clays, and spending time with his family.

W. Perry Jones

Co-founder

Perry Jones serves as a Co-owner and Co-founder of J&B Commercial, LLC. Currently, Perry is working on the nationwide expansion for Genghis Grill. He has been working in various markets throughout Texas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, New Mexico, Arizona and Nevada. Perry plays a crucial role in the site selection and lease negotiation process.

Prior to J&B Commercial, he served as a Vice President at Castlebrook Realty Group in Dallas. He represented private and public companies in the leasing and purchase of commercial real estate with a strong emphasis on office tenant representation projects and investment real estate.

He began his career with Commodore Financial Services in Dallas. Over the next several years he gained experience in management, leasing, and construction at Pitzer and Collins / Windsor Management, as a Senior Manager for their Dallas office portfolio of CMD Realty Investors and Triad Properties.

Throughout his career, he has been responsible for the management and leasing of millions of square feet of space and has performed hundreds of lease transactions equating to millions of dollars in revenue for his clients. Perry’s strong financial background has been an asset in his involvement in acquisitions and dispositions of commercial real estate. He is focused on tenant representation leasing and general brokerage.

Perry is a graduate of North Texas State University with a BBA in real estate. Perry and his wife, Shannon, have 1 son and live in Dallas. Perry enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family.

Ryan Eastman

Ryan joined J&B Commercial as an Associate in January of 2009. His current focus is on Tenant Representation for both restaurant and office clients as well as contributing to new business development for J&B.

Since beginning his career in early January, Ryan has had the opportunity to work projects across DFW in the office, retail and industrial industries. Ryan is also working on the nationwide expansion of Genghis Grill in various markets throughout Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Tennessee, North Carolina and Georgia. His primary roles in this process include developmental research, site selection and lease negotiations.

Before working for J&B, Ryan interned for Price Edwards & Co. while attending school at the University of Oklahoma, where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Journalism. Ryan was also actively involved in many campus leadership organizations and served as President of Sigma Alpha Epsilon.

Outside of the office, Ryan enjoys golf, the great outdoors and spending time with his dog Hannah.
